Installation
Will installation damage the liner or pool tiling?
No. JetSwim hangs on the pool edge without drilling — suitable even for finished pools with liner, fibreglass or concrete construction.
How long does installation take?
Around 10 minutes, with no professional or special tools needed.
Can it be moved to another pool?
Yes — the unit hangs on the edge with no permanent installation, so it can be moved to another pool of the same or similar construction.
What is the minimum pool size?
We recommend at least 5 × 3 m so there is enough room for swimming against the current.
Safety
Is it safe to use the swim jet with children in the pool?
The motor unit runs on a safe low voltage of 12 V, which significantly reduces the risk compared to ordinary 230V appliances near water.
What happens if I lift the unit out of the water while it's running?
A safety sensor switches the motor off automatically.
Is the device certified?
Yes, it meets CE certification for the EU market.
Technical specs
How much energy does the swim jet use?
Depending on the model, 400 W to 1,250 W, with smooth power control across 5 levels — so normal operation uses significantly less than the maximum.
Does it work with saltwater too?
Yes, up to a salt concentration of 0.4% (4000 ppm).
How noisy is operation?
The brushless PMSM motor is designed to be quiet — at the pool you mainly hear the water, not the motor.
How does JetSwim differ from the wireless X range?
The standard range (SJ100–SJ230) is mains-powered and mounts on the pool edge. The X range is battery-powered, with no installation — just clamp it on and swim.
How long is the power cable?
Depending on the model, 5 to 15 metres between the control and motor units.
