In connection with an order in the e-shop we process: first and last name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, order contents and payment details (without the payment-card number, which is processed solely by the payment institution). Through the enquiry form we process the name, e-mail, optionally a phone number and the message text.

We process order data for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase contract (processing the order, delivering the goods, issuing a tax document) and fulfilling legal obligations (in particular bookkeeping and tax records). We use data from the enquiry form to answer the question and prepare a price quote. Marketing communication takes place only with your separate consent.

For the purpose of delivering the goods we pass the name, address and phone number to the carrier DPD. Data needed to process payment is passed to the relevant payment institution or bank. Accounting data may be made available to an external accounting processor. We otherwise do not pass data to third parties, except where required by law.

Data from completed orders (in particular tax documents) is kept for the period required by the Accounting Act and tax regulations, i.e. 10 years from the end of the tax period. Data from the enquiry form is kept for a maximum of 24 months from submission, unless an order arises from the enquiry.

The website uses technical cookies necessary for the operation of the shopping cart and login to the customer account. These cookies do not require consent, as they are necessary for providing the service you requested (completing the purchase).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
