2. Conclusion of the purchase contract

3. Price and payment terms
All prices in the e-shop are stated including VAT at 21%. The seller is a VAT payer. Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or by cash on delivery. The goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.
4. Delivery terms
Goods are delivered via the DPD carrier within the Czech Republic and other member states of the European Union. The shipping price depends on the weight category of the goods and the destination country and is shown to the customer before completing the order. The standard delivery time is 3–10 business days from payment confirmation; for shipments exceeding the carrier’s standard weight limit (over 31.5 kg), the delivery time may be longer due to the individual arrangement of oversized transport.
5. Withdrawal from the contract (returning goods within 14 days)
In accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, a buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw from the contract, the buyer may use the contact e-mail info@jetswim.eu. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller undamaged, without signs of use and, if possible, in the original packaging within 14 days of withdrawal. The seller will refund the received funds within 14 days of withdrawal, but no earlier than after receiving the returned goods.
6. Rights arising from defective performance and warranty
The seller is liable to the buyer for the goods being free of defects upon receipt and corresponding to the quality agreed in the contract. A consumer may exercise their rights from defective performance no later than two years from receipt of the goods. The detailed complaint procedure is governed by the Complaints Policy.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of buyers’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on a separate page.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute arises between the seller and the consumer from the purchase contract, the consumer has the right to its out-of-court resolution. The competent body for out-of-court resolution under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). Consumers based in another EU member state may also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The seller may amend or supplement the wording of the terms and conditions; this provision does not affect rights and obligations arising during the period of validity of the previous wording.
